When an engineering client required detailed existing conditions information to support future facility plan development, DPK Consulting assembled a multi-disciplinary approach designed to provide a complete understanding of the site. Rather than performing a single survey task, DPK combined topographic mapping, utility investigations and tree inventory services into one coordinated deliverable.
The resulting information provided engineers with the reliable base mapping necessary to confidently move into the next stages of design.
Delivering More Than Topography
The project required the collection and integration of several critical datasets within the project limits. Working from an existing boundary survey, DPK’s field personnel gathered extensive site information, while internal CAD professionals compiled and organized the data into a comprehensive surveys.
