Prepared in accordance with 2026 ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standard Detail Requirements, the project included a detailed boundary survey, review of title exceptions, supplemental deed research, documentation of easements, and mapping of significant site improvements to provide a complete representation of existing property conditions.

Given the size of the warehouse property, active truck traffic, project schedule, and the need to evaluate title exceptions dating back to the property’s original lot configuration, the assignment required careful planning, field coordination, and meticulous research.

To efficiently document existing conditions, DPK combined aerial drone technology with traditional total station field surveying to capture site features, recover boundary evidence, establish property corners where required, and produce an accurate ALTA survey deliverable.
