For this assignment, DPK Consulting was selected to prepare a comprehensive ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey supported by high resolution 3D scanning and utility mapping. The resulting deliverables provided a detailed understanding of the property’s existing conditions while supporting the customer’s compliance objectives.

A Complete Picture of the Property

DPK’s work began with preparation of an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey in accordance with the 2026 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements.

The project included a thorough review of title documentation, supplemental deed research and the mapping of applicable title exceptions to provide an accurate representation of the property’s legal boundaries and recorded interests.

To further enhance the survey, DPK utilized 3D scanning technology to develop one-foot contour mapping while documenting site features, adjoining improvements and tree canopy where present.

The project also included utility mapping of observed above-ground features together with storm and sanitary infrastructure information, providing additional insight into existing site conditions.
